Effective Customer Communications – ECC is designed to help employees build a relationship with customers and address the customers’ needs. In this program you will practice ways to get the customers to talk. When the customers freely give you information, you’ll find it easier to meet the objectives of building relationships and addressing the customers’ needs.

Effective Communication Skills This workshop is designed to teach participants improved communication skills by understanding one’s own style, by examining the appropriate communication methods for the situation, and by assessing barriers that exist in everyday interactions.
Effective Networking – Participants will learn how to effectively network using appropriate skills that will increase contacts who will help the employee stay abreast of current issues and practices on a day-to-day basis.
