International and Virtual Teambuilding – Learn to develop and sustain effective cross cultural work teams including virtual teams.

Diversity Awareness – This workshop introduces new employees to the organization’s Diversity and Inclusiveness Core Value and it prepares the employee to see and appreciate the value of diversity for bottom-line reasons, leadership and social reasons.

Diversity Climate Survey – To identify diversity/inclusivity perceptions and related measurements of individuals who are a part of an organization.

Focus Group Facilitation –  A facilitated session designed to learn of specific diversity issues that may need to be addressed.
